Mission Statement

I consider myself to be a contemporary realist.  I believe that this type of art is grounded in a thorough understanding of the classical academic art of the past such as:  Leonardo DaVinci, Michael Angelo, Bouguereau, and other great artists of the past.  I believe that it is my responsibility and honor to use my abilities to imitate God's creation.  To be able to portray the beauty of nature and to evoke a feeling of awe is to act as a vessel thru which God can touch and influence all those who view these works of art.  Thru art, I hope to open the portals to the wonders of creation thereby strengthening the connection with our creator and fellow man.
